Application Fee for BTC Recruitment
All the eligible candidates applying for all the posts as mentioned above need to deposit a Treasury Challan (payable at Kokrajhar Treasury only) or IPO in favour of the Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar under the Head of Account-8443-Civil Deposit-Personnel Deposit. BTC payable at Kokrajhar.
The upper age limit is relaxable as per existing Government norms
How to Apply for BTC Recruitment
(A). The eligible candidates may apply by filling up the CSB prescribed application format along with 2 self-attested recent passport size photographs & photocopies of educational qualifications & age proof. A permanent BTAD residential certificate belonging to General category candidates from VCDC/Municipality as applicable is to be furnished and in case of ST/SC/OBC/MOBC Caste Certificate. Candidates already working in Government organizations/ PSU/Corporations/Boards etc must apply through proper channel.
(B). The application form duly filled by the candidates himself / herself along with complete testimonials should be submitted to “The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board, BTC, Kokrajhar, Station Road, PIN:783370”.
(C). The last date of receiving application is fixed on 20th Nov., 2024 upto 5.00 pm. Incomplete applications in terms of advertisement and applications received after the closing date will summarily be rejected.
(D). The envelope containing application along with complete testimonials and one window envelope (size 23x10mm) affixing Rs.5.00 (rupees five) postal stamp must be superscribed the name of post applied for on the top of the envelope.
Photocopies of educational qualifications & age proof.
Permanent BTAD residential certificate belonging to General category candidates from VCDC/Municipality.
In case of ST/SC/OBC/MOBC- Caste Certificate.
One window envelope (size 23x10mm).
Rs.5.00 (rupees five) postal stamp.
Pattern of Examination/ Interview
(A) The eligible candidates applying for all the posts as mentioned above will have to appear for an written Exam./ Interview at their own expenses as and when called for.
(B) In case of Computer Operator, proficiency test will be conducted including written exam.
